Returns and refusing a parcel
Because you pay on delivery, any request can be stopped before you pay.
Cancelling on the call
As long as the parcel has not shipped, just tell the advisor. The request is cancelled at no cost.
Refusing the parcel
If you no longer want the product, you can refuse the parcel in front of the courier and pay nothing. It goes back to the distributor.
Before paying, check that the package arrives sealed and in good condition.
Opened products
For hygiene and safety reasons, a supplement that has been paid for and opened cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the parcel arrives damaged or is not what you confirmed, write to contact@tauvan.com with your name and the phone number of the request.
